I’ve never used Bootstrap (which seems amazing since I’ve been a professional web developer for more than 22 years), but from what I know of it, I don’t think it is the same kind of thing as Tailwind. Is it?
- bdcravens 4y agoNot really. Bootstrap is more of a template, Tailwind is more of a DSL.
- ghqst 4y agoBootstrap is a more complete "framework" that has style classes for preconfigured components, with some limited utility classes. Tailwind is all utility classes, with a well-designed system of ratios for things like padding.
