- ddorian43 4y agoYes, it is. But can be the opposite too. It depends on you. You can find a doctor that tells you to do vegan,keto,carnivore,sad diet, etc etc. Which doctor will you "find"? Will you listen to the first doctor? The opinion of the most doctors? What is your logic on which doctor you will listen to?
