People make these equivalencies constantly. Fortunately I don't think either side has been dumb enough to kill an soldier from the other yet, but once we get that pot cooking, WWIII here we come!
- ss108 4y agoI'm a China hawk, but I hope it doesn't come to that. Would like to point out something relevant: China and India kill each others soldiers fairly frequently. I find it rather remarkable their issues haven't escalated.
- hollerith 4y agoThey kill each others soldiers, yes, but they are always small engagements because it is very difficult to transport a large formation of Chinese soldiers to Indian territory (specifically, any territory India cares about) or vice versa because the mountains are such formidable barriers.
