- ggm 4y agoAlthough I am sentimental about the ordinance survey one inch and half inch map series for Britain, I welcomed their metric maps. Redefining the uses of the survey foot against a more applicable standard makes sense. It's defined as a metric specified value, the label "foot" doesn't matter.
