America can handle a declining labor force with immigration - if congress fixes it. As it stands, America is literally automatically deporting skilled workers just because USCIS cannot process green cards fast enough (due to congressional limits). We literally had the workers, skilled, law-abiding, friendly and educated. And yet, America just throws them away. How does America expect to remain competitive?
