They just looped. 0.9, 0.A, 0.B, etc. 0.F.3 but of course that doesn't vocalize well so "Frank 3". Postgres rules though, so 0.B to 0.C was (potentially) brea

- earthling8118 4y agoIt's worth mentioning that Postgres no longer follows that rule. I just looked it up to see what you meant and after version 10 it does not apply
