How many of those car accidents are related to alcohol consumption?

  It's the same all over the World, the majority of car accidents happen during daylight, caused by drivers' distractions, AKA smartphones nowadays. So WHO should publish a paper where it says "no amount of smartphone usage is safe for your health, you better drink a beer after a walk in the woods"
