Funny how when we do it, it's "aimed toward deterrence". When other nations do it, it's portrayed as a threat to the entire world. "North korea fires unarmed ICBM into Pacific Ocean with aim toward deterrence." That's more valid than stripes' title.

  As opposed to the country that flew across the pacific and literally attacked and invaded them and killed millions of their people? And still occupy half their country to this day? Can you blame them?
