Got a reply from apnews.com: "The apnews.com refreshes due to your add-ons on the browser such as popup blockers, can you disable the add-ons and extensions and let us know if that doesn't correct the issue." I've never changed any of the default setting on the web browsers I test my code on. The only web browser that's not affected by this that I've tested is Google's Chrome browser. I don't use it for anything but testing my work, and rarely use it for that.
