Is nuclear demonization just political attempts to destabilize the west and prevent us from prosperity that comes from cheap clean energy?
Why are US politicians not allowing building more nuclear and driving prices down?
Are the democrats or the republicans pro-nuclear? I will vote for whoever is more pro nuclear.

The anti-nuclear movement in Western Europe was funded and trained by the Soviet Union. However I doubt that is the reason the US failed to embrace nuclear energy. The problem in the US is that the fossil fuel industry is employing more people and paying more to lobbyists than the nuclear energy industry.
