LOL, if you want this to be the hill you die on, go right ahead. Ultimately it boils down to figuring out where the rights of the state exceed those of the parent, and you have an awful lot of case law against you. But please, think of the children. And while we're at it, let's apply the same standard to public and private (and religious) school teachers.
- jqpabc123 4y agoAnd while we're at it, let's apply the same standard to public and private (and religious) school teachers. Great idea! This standard already applies to most public schools. You can't get hired to teach without some sort of certification in most areas.
