except where the large incumbents have built their business around non-compliance.
- rconti 4y agoBut even non-compliance is a form of compliance! You figure out ways to get around the system, or go un-noticed, or risk the legal action.. all in ways that are easier for a big company to stomach than for a small company to risk.
