> sometimes I just get ideas randomly, or thoughts take random paths. Those are not motivation-based, but action on those is underpinned by motivation of some sort or the other. Admiring the beauty in the world is also not driven by motivation - the ability to recognize and appreciate that beauty is independent of motivation. Recognizing injustice - also not driven by motivation.
There is motivation to find beauty, otherwise we would never find beauty unless we wanted to. Why? Because beauty is something a human is searching for, something that he wants to see. Otherwise, beauty could never be found because there is no search for it. Same thing for recognizing justice, we want justice in this world, and we want to see justice happen.
> Indubitably. Teams do better than individuals at pretty much anything, even when physicality is not involved.
So if we are limited, can't we break that limit if we own our own?
> Can you imagine an intelligence with greater capacity than human minds, and what it might be able to achieve?
Although I believe this method requires people with the same set of mind. ARM CPU can't talk with an x86 CPU, same as Alex can't talk with Steve if they're not built on the same architecture.
