No idea how not eating goes but not drinking is a real torture.
- stephc_int13 4y agoFasting, when done properly, is much easier than it seems, it can even be enjoyable.
- paulpauper 4y agoThis has been studied extensively. It's possible to dehydrate but without feeling thirsty.
