Quarkus is more or less in the same complexity league as Spring Boot.
- karmakaze 4y agoMy main issue with Spring/Boot isn't the complexity, it's the ineffectiveness of JPQL/JPA/Hibernate.
- cryptos 4y agoBut than I have bad news for you! Hibernate is also an important part of Quarkus. Anyway, neither Spring nor Quarkus force you to use Hibernate.
- karmakaze 4y agoYes I know. With Spring it's pretty unavoidable in common usage. I was hoping Quarkus was new enough to do something different than use 1999 EJB tech.
