100% LD is targeted at product managers, technical account managers, and any other non-developers who want to gate feature rollouts. The devs can just focus on implementing features, flag them, and then forget about it. That said, LD is an expensive daily pain in my ass, and anything better, or even a little worse but cheaper, than it catches my attention.
