The Mozilla Foundation has been quite the comfy "job", especially for social activists using Foundation resources for their advocacy. Of course, they want to expand their pool of resources, but Firefox is pretty much the only thing they have that can accomplish this. They've shown they really don't give a damn about Firefox itself, but they do care greatly about the lifestyle it provides them.
