I would expect that the "gslp.ps" program included with Ghostscript would be suitable? You can adjust fonts, margins, header/footer, tracking, duplex, and others.
- brian68 4y agoTo be honest, I didn't know it. I tried to use pandoc,a2ps and enscript. I tried also gedit printing to a virtual printer and the results were quite good but I wasn't able to automate gedit from the command línea. I even tried LibreOffice.I knew Ghostscript but didn't even think to look for this possibility. Thank you for the info!
