Thank you so much for your feedback! Really thought-provoking. The first few clients I'm working with right now includes some training and consulting service (glad you mentioned that which reassure what I'm doing). Originally, I was trying to steer away from consultancy because I think it is not scalable plus many people are doing this type of work right now. On the other hand, I will try creating list of training (e.g youtube video) that enables people to better use my platform then.
