- user68858788 4y agoI’m doing exactly that at one of the big name tech companies. I refused to resign when asked. It’s well past the return to office deadline and still been business as usual. Literally no negatives aside from a few awkward conversations with the manager. I’m told that HR will eventually fire me but that’s still better than daily commutes.
