Are there any relatively low cost 6DOF standalone tracking systems in the wild?
The closest thing I know are the Quest Pro controllers, but I don't understand why nobody is building such a thing as a plug an play solution that you can stick onto something and have immediate inside out positioning

- blensor 4y agoIt's not exactly what I was aiming for. Mocopi, SlimeVR, Haritora X, ROKOKO etc. are all IMU based body trackers. So they try to infer a skeleton from the individual trackers but they don't provide absolute positioning. What I am hoping for is a single tracker that can absolutely position itself in the environment. Basically a self contained SLAM in a box
