Hi There!
Well done on launching! I am a bit confused about what this will actually do and what I will actually be doing if I use the service?
Will I write my own html forms and you are the back end to send that to sheets?
Do you provide already designed forms to drop in?
Are they single of multi page? Are they like Google Forms at all?
What advantage does this have over Google Forms?
I recommend screenshots, more detail about the UX and maybe even public facing user documentation. Fill us in!*
(* Pun wasn’t intended but not bad eh!)
- nicolomeister 4y agoHiya! Thank you very much for your feedback and questions. I think it is clear by now that we really have something to do to better deliver our message and proposition value. To give you a reply : We are the backend behind your HTML forms (and more generally, any form, since we support GET & POST requests). Once your data is submitted to our servers, we'll just forward it to Google Sheets, and potentially make some extra treatments (like : insert headings in the sheets, reorder fields based on headings, append a timestamp to every submission, etc.). To elaborate : We do not provide forms, and there is absolutely no link between what we do and Google Forms (except maybe, forward data to Google Sheets ? haha). The advantage over Google Forms is that you can use any form of your liking, and not be constrained by Google Forms design and / or restrictions if any. Reading your recommendations, and having talked with other wise people, we'll definitely reword our landing page, and make a video to show how everything works in (hopefully) 30 seconds or so. Thank you so much once again, and your pun was brilliant.
