I don't understand, Zoom for my perspective is everywhere today. What business issues are they facing?

  Potential cause: Growth has plateau or even declining in a post pandemic world.

  During Pandemic, their demand went up like crazy. Lot of businesses/schools were forced to use zoom. Now as many orgs are getting back out of virtual, the demand must be down at least somewhat. For example, my kids school district was 100% on zoom during Pandemic. Now we are back to in person (thankfully)

  Here in Sweden I'm in 20 Teams meetings for every Zoom meeting. Outside of academia I can't think of any company I regularly deal with that uses Zoom.

  Less a fundamental issue and more a receding of the wave post pandemic. I’m going to guess they assumed that growth would last and hired against it.
