Last time I checked, Biden didn't have any authority over the territory of Ukraine, since it's not inside the US?
- throwaway4good 4y agoHe has the authority to stop the military and financial support to the Ukranian government which would stop their defence efforts very fast.
- ecpottinger 4y agoNope, EU does not want Russia to expand. They will ship enough to Ukraine just by themselves.
- gsatic 4y agoHe is paying the bills so he does have a big say in when it ends. Wars always run only as long as someone pays the bills. He can pull the rug anytime just as he did in Afghanistan, but the fact that he hasn't, indicates they still see Ukraine in the fight.
