Why don't you wait to see how the court case is resolved before you throw your dummy? It's entirely possible the court will rule against Wright, setting a precedent that protects developers from this sort of legal action.
- Tuna-Fish 4y agoThe fact that this goes to trial is alone enough to be disastrous. There are serious costs to defending yourself in a foreign country. And if you fail to do so, a default judgement can be entered against you.
