Not all of Dutch society has kids, and uses daycare, and applies for benefits etc. To make a sensible comparison to find out the amount of ethnic profiling that was used, you should compare the ethnicity of the victim group against the total group of Dutch society that: - used daycare, and in particular the 'gastouderopvang' that were under suspicion by the BD, and - applied for benefits (kinderopvangtoeslag)
