I run a self-funded SaaS business, so I only deal with real problems, not imaginary ones. Disaster recovery is a very real problem. Which is why I test it regularly. In a scorched-earth scenario, I can be up and running on a secondary (staging) system or a terraformed cloud system in less than an hour. For my business, that is enough.
