I'm quite skeptical of Google catching up to ChatGPT.. I mean, surely they'll try, but this could very well end up like Google Wave or Google+. Instead of panicking and trying to clone the UX of a popular competitor, they should go directly to conquer and secure the next stage and logical evolution of the AI hype... HCI via voice, improving Google Assistant once and for all.
