Hetzner offers cloud products only in its US datacenters, and as far as I know there are no dedicated server providers in the US with comparable pricing. I think it's the case that AWS/GCP/Azure are not very cost-competitive offerings in Europe. What I'm not seeing is evidence of that for the US.
