You can't absolve yourself of fiduciary responsibility through a disclaimer otherwise your Bank would do it.
The fiduciary responsibility here isn't even arising from the software itself, but through the control of the Bitcoin network via control of the "official" software repository.
Software licensing isn't even relevant here.
- nullc 4y agoThere isn't an official bitcoin repository, and for most defendants there isn't any repository that they control at all. The most popular repository is ultimately controlled by Microsoft, in any case-- though seeing as how they have significant resources they weren't included as a defendant. :)
