Have you ever actually wired money to someone before? Gotta have an account number. The routing number for Bank of Ukraine is 222382221. Easily found via google. Any bank in the US isn't going to look these things up for you, you walk in and say "I wanna wire money" and they're going to ask for the account and routing numbers. Or failing that, search for "Ukraine Charity" and several of them have options for paypal and other ways to donate money. Like, literally just 30 seconds on google. I bet plenty of them will take wire donations, and most of them, probably, will make it to someone in the Ukraine.

  Did the official government of Ukraine tweet about taking wire transfers? There's a difference between donating to a charity and donating to the official government account.

    I can donate money to the US government. I'm sure Ukraine is different, but there's no particular reason I'd be skeptical of the existence of some means to send money directly. See for example: https://www.pay.gov/public/form/start/23779454 https://www.pay.gov/public/form/start/23779454
