Ask HN: What is a better, fewer-syllable name for ChatGPT?
- mostlysimilar 4y agoWell they didn't have to call it Cortana, Alexa, Siri, or some other woman's name to get people to use and talk about it. I think the name ChatGPT will stick around for a long time, given it's the first to gain widespread recognition outside of tech circles. Even if it's just: A: "Have you tried Miranda yet?" B: "What's Miranda?" A: "It's like ChatGPT, but better"

- gghffguhvc 4y agoBest I can do is Glyptic. Contains letters GPT and ends in C of chat.
