Something shifted in the last ~5 years in a big way and devs are infantilized in a big way. Product and project managers trying to over plan and over control has been something I have dealt with. Yes the ecosystem is unstable in all languages but I accept the technical challenges willingly over being shoved into a "work tickets and dont think" box.
