Same issue with hiring quotas for women in Europe. Did she really get this job based on her merit or did she get it, because she is a woman? From my perspective, quotas are just covertly saying, that women are stupid children who needs to be pampered by society. I see quotas as degrading and disgusting and I hope that nobody will come with quotas for men.
