AFAIK, the only difference (for the UHK keyboard, at least) is that, on the ISO layout, the left-shift key is narrower, in order to make space for an extra key.

AFAIK, the only difference (for the UHK keyboard, at least) is that, on the ISO layout, the left-shift key is narrower, in order to make space for an extra key. This is visible for instance if you compare their US (ANSI) and UK (ISO) layout.
- nextlevelwizard 4y agoMaybe it is just me, but I don’t think a keyboard has ISO layout if it sticks with ANSI style enter - that pretty much is the defining feature
