We don't - at least not all of us. I have a mandatory 1 day in the office for the staff, the office is there for anyone to work from at any time - no one ever takes it up, they are very comfortable working at home. And I get it - I prefer working at home too - I also love our 1 day in the office where we can have a laugh with each other, get lunch together and generally bond as a team, but as the CTO of a company where pretty much my entire dev team are introverted , its not a big priority for me to have to get people back into the office.
