Switching jobs because the culture has changed is hard, but it will be well worth the hopefully positive uplift in mental well being for them. The inverse is also true where if companies are mandating RTO then those who prefer WFH-heavier arrangements should also considering changing jobs; likely those that already have second places of their own.
