I can second the GP’s testimony, even though I’m not new to my city / have a decent social life outside work. The only thing that fixed up was moving to a company that was mostly in-office, with a few people hybrid/remote. Being able to interact in person with people working on the same project as me was rejuvenating, and that might be understating it.
