Reagan has been dead for two decades and hasn’t been involved in California politics for over 50 years. Also, the homeless problems got worse every year from my time in California 2009-Dec 2022. At some point the Democrats own it. I don’t want to completely burn the bridges as so many do behind me, I haven’t made my mind up on Miami, and the OD death count you referenced is interesting. One difference is that its not visible.
