Advisory Firm Sues Elon Musk’s Twitter, Saying It Hasn’t Been Paid
- Zigurd 4y agoIf I were a creditor I would be wary that Elon is trying to act like a bankrupt debtor without giving up control to creditors. In addition to filing suit, I'd be looking to work with other creditors to force bankruptcy, and change of control, while there is anything to recover.
