That just means their investments and derivatives are optimized for the possibility of war. Nothing nefarious, for them to profit other people could park money in them to hedge the risk. They don't necessarily need war.
- scotty79 4y agoNothing nefarious if they are gambling honestly. But noone in their right mind gambles honestly if he has any ability to influence the outcome. And some people undoubtedly do have that ability.
