So we have a leaderboards screen where you rank in your city based on your elo as a matchmaker. The algo is pretty simple right now and is basically just the number of accepted matches you voted on (where the daters actually swiped on each other) - the incorrect matches. We're hoping this adds to the gamification of swiping on matches. And our MVP is currently entirely free, but if we see traction and validation of the concept the monetization plan is 1) the usual premium plan found on other apps but then also a "bounty" system where daters can put a bounty on their profile and the matchmaker can actually earn money by successfully matching for them.
