Another monitor I would find interesting is how much time one person is dominating the meeting. In several meetings I attend, a few individuals tend to dominate the discussion.
- buro9 4y agoUse gong.io and it will show you after the meeting not just a video and transcript but also who spoke when. The visual display makes it extremely obvious who is dominating, and who speaks seldom - and by absence who is silent and an observer.
- randomdata 4y agoIt is always amusing when said people are late to the meeting or do not attend. Everyone else is all "Okay, now what we do talk about? There isn't any point to having these meetings, is there?"
