Yeah this actually sounds pretty reasonable to me. In the absence of all these non-verbal cues that exist IRL it creates a huge vacuum for insecurities to potentially fill. If most of your interactions are online then yeah, I guess you’re going to have to be a lot more explicit about showing positive reinforcement all the time.
