- Symbiote 4y agoI'd guess you've discovered the train nerd Easter egg of the article.
- nly 4y agoThe price on the ticket is also £1.90M
- arp242 4y agoIt usually has an "X" suffix. I'm not sure what the "M" stands for; maybe to mark it as a specimen?
- michaelhoffman 4y agoX means you paid with a credit card. M means you paid with cash ("money").

- odiroot 4y agoWhich is weird because the minimal fare is £2.20 now.
- turnerc 4y agoI believe the minimum fare is the price before any discounts applied, a railcard on 1.90 would be a normal price of ~£2.84
- anticensor 4y agoInteresting. In my country, the minimum fare is a fare floor for discounted fares too (except for disability and military servicemen, which get to travel for free by train by law). For example, currently, the shortest train journey in Turkey is ₺20, even if you have discounts.

- lol768 4y agoSeemingly purchased at a Paddington TVM? I'm surprised they allow purchasing that far in advance.
