Learnings from how I manage projects at work
- whatever1 4y agoThe main issue I have identified is that it is almost impossible to focus in a modern software company. Between stand ups, daily meetings with pms who want to know with double digit precision the completion percentage, cold slack messages (the “quick question” type), the high priority issue tickets, and now the 2 hour commute per day, I really don’t see how one can be really productive.
