Yes. When you are in your 20s, you only can go out to your first sushi restaurant or first thai restaurant *one time.* You only can be a virgin once. The second time is pretty good, but if you go out to sushi 100 times, it's not too special, it is boring. By the time you hit 27 or 30, it's pretty much "been there, done that" on most everything. Sure, once in a while there's a new experience, but for me, it's usually only once a year, maybe twice on a good year.
I've been to the Monteray Aquarium in Monteray, CA. As a matter-of-fact, I went to a special dinner where the company rented it out and had dinner there, and I sat in front of the biggest glass wall where sharks and sea turtles and stuff swam by the whole dinner. I read an article about a hotel room in Dubai or someplace like that, where the room had an aquarium from floor to ceiling and had some boring-ass fish in it. They rented it out for $10,000 per night because of this fish tank. I'm like, YAWN, I had dinner at the Monteray Aquarium. But why go to another aquarium again - I've seen one, the best one. Yeah, ok, I'd go to one, but let's be honest, it would be pretty anti-climatic. Boring, at least to me.
Yes, the world does become boring.
