It doesn't get more mainstream than Fox News and Daily Mail and they sure criticised all anti-pandemic measures, including masks, social distancing, lockdowns, vaccines, etc.

  We've banned this account for egregiously breaking the site guidelines, and ignoring our requests to stop. I don't want to ban you, because you've also posted good comments, but even though we cut people slack for a long time (years, in some cases), it's not infinite. We can't allow people to flout the rules like this forever.     Shame on you for supporting the clowns. Their anti-rational, anti health measures claims are detrimental to your site and your society. Protecting them from even mild criticism is clown moderation. Shame!

      Other people being clowns, or you feeling that they are, does not make it ok to break HN's rules. In fact, these things are quite unrelated. It's common for people who get moderated or banned to feel like we're secretly siding with their enemies*, but there's no such implication or any basis to that.
