- eru 4y agoWhy? China can buy fertilizer on the world market. Prices might rise a bit, but China is a solidly middle income country.
- HDThoreaun 4y agoChina has the money to pay the increased costs. Brazil is likely the most fucked by the fertilizer shortage since their massive soy farms are all on desert soil which requires loads of fertilizer which they can no longer afford.
