I wonder how much it would move the needle to open the doctors and nurses that are doing these reviews to medical malpractice lawsuits if their reviews end up harming people.
- polygamous_bat 4y agoGood luck making it into law when insurance companies will spend millions if not billions lobbying and fighting against it. It's so depressing.
- genocidicbunny 4y agoIt would likely have to be accomplished via the courts first. Barring that though, there's only very radical options left.
